  1. Our Services
    1.1. You can find a full list of services at www.clearshine.co.uk/services
    1.2. We’re not insured to carry out work outside this range of services. If you’re unable to visit our website, please ask the operator for details
    1.3. We DO NOT offer one off window cleans

  2. Schedule
    2.1. We operate 4 or 8-week schedules for Domestic customers
    2.2. Our business operates all year round, at times however, such as during adverse weather, some flexibility is required
    2.3. Register for reminders by contacting 07845 809888 to provide your mobile number. This way we can keep you updated on when your next clean is due
    2.4. For Commercial clients, our schedules range from daily to quarterly to meet individual business needs

  3. Pricing
    3.1. Prices are per cleaning schedule and include the cleaning of frames, sills and glass.
    3.2. We operate an £8 minimum charge for window cleaning services
    3.3. There is a price difference between our 4-week and 8-week cleans to account for the additional work required due to the longer times between cleans
    3.4. We are happy for you to change your cleaning schedule but please note pricing will be amended accordingly

  4. Working Weather
    4.1. In exceptional weather conditions, such as torrential rain, high winds, snow or frozen temperatures, cleans will be scheduled for the suitable next day
    4.2. Rain will not make your windows dirty, and we will continue to work through light rain whilst maintaining our high cleaning standard

  5. Working Together
    5.1. We work with loyal and understanding customers, who have been with us for years and have looked after us like we have them
    5.2. We reserve the right if we are turned away on the day of the clean, or at very short notice, to charge the full price and remove you from any future schedules - this costs the business money and we will not have time to replace your clean

  6. Access
    6.1. If your garden gate is locked, it is important that we have a phone number (see 2.3) to contact you the night prior to being in your area
    6.2. If the gate is locked on arrival limiting access, you will still be charged for the full clean.
    6.3. We DO NOT climb fences or gates but may be able to climb over some garage roofs providing it was inspected upon quotation

  7. Payment
    7.1. As with all businesses, cash flow is important. After cleaning your windows, we will put a slip through your letterbox if you are not home
    7.2. This slip contains our payment options and we request that you pay your outstanding balance within 7 days
    7.3. Your custom is important to us; should non-payment continue, we reserve the right to cancel your service. You will be issued with a statement and final warning and reserve the right to add a non-payment to cover the cost to our business in chasing payment. This can be passed onto a small claims collection agency who will collect on our behalf. The debtor will be responsible for any legal costs

  8. Insurance
    8.1. We’re covered with £5million Public Liability insurance by Autonet Insurance Services Ltd

  9. Complaints
    9.1. We take pride in the quality of our work; if you’re unsatisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your clean to discuss complaints so we can resolve them satisfactorily
    9.2. Please note, a call out charge may apply should the issue be found to not be caused by Clear Shine Cleaning

  10. Cancellation
    10.1. You reserve the right to cancel your service with us at any time
    10.2. If you wish to cancel due to dissatisfaction with our service, we ask that first you speak to us so that we can try to resolve any issues
    10.3. To cancel, please confirm by contacting 07845 809888 or emailing contact@clearshine.co.uk
    10.4. If you cancel before a second clean takes place, a £20 cancellation charge applies. We charge this because of the time it takes to get you onto our schedule and clean your windows to the highest standard on our first clean to be maintained by us
